Dining at Solebury
Breakfast
In addition to a hot breakfast, we serve six different fresh-cut fruits, apples, oranges, and bananas daily. There is also yogurt, bagels, muffins, toast (including a gluten-free option), freshly baked pastries, granola bars, pop tarts, and various cold cereals. Beverages include juices, milk, chocolate milk, coffee, and tea. We serve a Brunch menu on weekends.
Lunch
In addition to hot foods, we offer a full fresh-cut salad bar accompanied by homemade soup, freshly made side salads, vegan-friendly options, and homemade salad dressing. Our bread station has an assortment of hand-cut bread, bagels, muffins, and toppings, including olives, fresh-cut avocados, olive oil, seasonings, and spreads (cream cheese and butter). Ice cream treats are available. Hot and cold beverages are also served.
